- Manage spare parts warehouse teams across two locations: Huntley, IL and Niagara Falls, ON
- Oversee day-to-day spare parts kitting operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and on-time fulfillment
- Establish and manage spare parts hose and pipe production operations
- Adhere to company policies and procedures with respect to conduct and departmental operations
- Associate’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, logistics, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience) with at least five (5) years of warehouse and distribution management experience
- Proven ability to manage operating budgets, develop project schedules, and meet or exceed performance standards
- Strong leadership experience, including mentoring, developing direct reports, and building effective working relationships across all organizational levels
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and environmental compliance, with experience implementing high workplace standards
- Working knowledge of logistics (parcel, LTL, TL, container), SAP (preferred), and Microsoft Office tools, along with excellent communication skills and ability to travel 25–30%
