Spare Parts Warehouse Manager

Your Responsibilities

• Manage spare parts warehouse teams across two locations: Huntley, IL and Niagara Falls, ON
• Oversee day-to-day spare parts kitting operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and on-time fulfillment
• Establish and manage spare parts hose and pipe production operations
• Adhere to company policies and procedures with respect to conduct and departmental operations
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, logistics, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience) with at least five (5) years of warehouse and distribution management experience
• Proven ability to manage operating budgets, develop project schedules, and meet or exceed performance standards
• Strong leadership experience, including mentoring, developing direct reports, and building effective working relationships across all organizational levels
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and environmental compliance, with experience implementing high workplace standards
• Working knowledge of logistics (parcel, LTL, TL, container), SAP (preferred), and Microsoft Office tools, along with excellent communication skills and ability to travel 25–30%
