- Minimum High School diploma or GED with extensive experience in the truck equipment or crane industry.
- Proven success executing full‑cycle sales strategies across diverse customer segments.
- Strong communication, presentation, and technical learning skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a sales funnel, utilize CRM tools, and build accurate forecasts.
- Ability to work independently, travel approximately 70%, and manage a home‑based portion of the role.
