Production Manager

Your Responsibilities

• Lead long-, mid-, and short-term operational planning in partnership with the Council Bluffs leadership team
• Directly manage operations leaders across fabrication, welding, coatings, assembly, logistics, service parts, engineering, and facilities
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery performance across all manufacturing areas
• Oversee operational budgets, financial performance, and efficiency improvements
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including waste elimination through Lean and PPS methodologies
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; MBA a plus
• 7–10 years of operations management experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven Lean enterprise implementation experience across multiple improvement tools and methodologies
• Strong financial analysis experience; ERP/SAP experience preferred
• Ability to travel domestically with occasional international travel
