- Drive employee development, strengthen employee relations, and enforce compliance training across multiple locations to elevate overall workforce capability.
- Champion a proactive safety culture by leading safety committee efforts, ensuring multi-site regulatory compliance, and supporting HSE training initiatives.
- Execute full-cycle talent processes for assigned locations, including onboarding, orientation, and all post-offer testing and screenings.
- Implement and scale operational best practices that increase performance, productivity, efficiency, and engagement across multiple facilities.
- Coach and advise managers and employees at all supported sites, delivering HR guidance, performance management support, and leadership development.
- Oversee multi-location HR operations—attendance systems, HRIS updates, hiring/terminations, data integrity, and performance improvement—to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Strengthen culture and communication across all locations by managing communication channels, coordinating employee events, and analyzing turnover trends to drive retention strategies.
- Associate degree in Human Resources or a business‑related field required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3–5 years of professional HR experience, ideally supporting multi‑location manufacturing or field service teams with responsibilities in safety and employee relations.
- Proficiency with HRIS and modern HR technology tools; experience with ADP required and SAP SuccessFactors highly preferred.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, manage competing deadlines, and adapt effectively in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with leaders at all levels; skilled in presenting, facilitating meetings, and delivering training.
- Ability to travel up to 30% to support multiple locations, with familiarity in safety compliance and workers’ compensation processes.
- Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality, strong attention to detail, and high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Competitive compensation: $93,000-102,000 annually
