This role is based in the Milwaukee area and works closely with cross-functional teams across R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, and Finance.

What You’ll Do…As a Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional projects from concept through commercialization, ensuring alignment, execution, and successful delivery.
This role is responsible for driving structure, accountability, and progress across projects, not just tracking timelines.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading projects from concept through commercialization, ensuring alignment to business objectives and customer expectations
- Developing and managing project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Acting as the central point of coordination across R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, and Finance
- Aligning stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and expectations
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring execution stays on track
- Identifying and managing risks, issues, and dependencies
- Communicating project status, decisions, and risks clearly to stakeholders and leadership
- Driving accountability for execution and milestone delivery
- Supporting standardized project management processes, tools, and best practices
- Leading project teams without direct authority to deliver results
You take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks. You are comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift, and complexity is part of the job.
You bring structure to ambiguity, align people who don’t report to you, and keep work moving forward without losing control of the details.

What You’ll Bring…- 2–5 years of experience in project management or cross-functional project roles
- Experience working in a manufacturing or food production environment preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives or projects
- Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
