1. Manufacturing Maintenance Lead (1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift)
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians; manage preventive and reactive maintenance activities.
- Optimize equipment uptime (target ~98.5%).
- 8 years of experience leading maintenance teams in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or welding disciplines — ideally in food manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, servos, robotics, and automation systems.
2. Maintenance Supervisor (1st Shift)
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Serve as a hands-on leader, supervising leads and technicians to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable maintenance operations.
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, prioritize work orders, ensure documentation accuracy, and partner with reliability and training teams.
- 5–8 years of industrial maintenance experience, including 5 years in leadership or supervisory roles.
- Technical degree or certification required (Associate or Bachelor’s preferred).
- Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system knowledge; experience with PLCs/VFDs and CMMS platforms preferred.
3. Industrial Maintenance Technician (1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift)
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Perform maintenance, repair, and installation on mechanical and electrical equipment in a high-speed food manufacturing environment.
- Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, servos, and robotics systems.
- 5 years of experience in mechanical and electrical repair, welding, or plumbing.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player.
4. Industrial Controls Technician (3rd Shift)
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Specialized position focused on automation, control systems, and advanced troubleshooting for high-performance production lines.
- Design, fabricate, and install control systems to UL 508A standards, including panel building, schematics, and PLC/HMI programming.
- Proficiency with Allen-Bradley ControlLogix, PanelView HMIs, Kinetix servos, and PowerFlex VFDs.
- Associate degree or higher in Automation, Industrial Controls, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering (BSEE/BSEET preferred).
- 5 years of experience in industrial controls design and installation, with knowledge of Ethernet/IP, DeviceNet, and IO-Link protocols.
- Familiarity with NFPA 70, NFPA 79, and UL 508A standards.
5. Industrial Refrigeration Technician (1st Shift)
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Maintain and operate industrial refrigeration, HVAC, and ammonia systems to support production and facility operations.
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain compressors, condensers, evaporators, valves, and associated equipment.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with industrial HVAC or ammonia refrigeration systems.
- Deep understanding of PSM, OSHA, and GMP compliance standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate degree preferred).
- RETA or EPA certifications strongly preferred.
- Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics and perform refrigeration load calculations.
