Palermo’s is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern to support procurement initiatives, ERP implementation efforts, and cross-functional supply chain projects during the summer internship program.

What you’ll do…
- Support Supply Chain initiatives and strategic projects across the business
- Assist with procurement and material management activities
- Help collect, cleanse, and optimize supplier and material master data for Oracle Fusion ERP implementation
- Participate in cross-functional projects involving Demand Planning, Scheduling, Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics
- Analyze data and provide recommendations to support operational improvements
- Assist with purchase orders, transfer orders, shortage reporting, and follow-up activities
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain team members on day-to-day projects and priorities
- Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
- Self-motivated mindset with willingness to learn and contribute
- You enjoy solving problems and working with data
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- You thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- You’re eager to gain real-world experience in Supply Chain and ERP systems
- You communicate well and work effectively with different teams and personalities
