Where you'll work…
This position is based at our brand-new facility on W Lincoln Avenue in West Milwaukee—a key part of our growing operation where we produce and package high-quality frozen pizzas for customers nationwide.
When you'll work…
We are currently hiring a Packing Associate to join our 1st Shift team in West Milwaukee.
Hours: 7:00am – 3:30pm, Monday through Saturday, with potential for overtime and occasional adjustments based on production needs.
What You'll Do…
- Assemble pizza products by placing toppings, packaging, or handling materials at various stages of production
- Follow all instructions from Line Leads and Line Operators to ensure proper line flow and product quality
- Transport materials and assist with set-up tasks to support packaging operations
- Maintain cleanliness of work area by sweeping and removing debris throughout the shift
- Work on other lines during downtime or as needed to support team coverage
- Adhere to food safety, employee safety, and company policies at all times
- Assist with general housekeeping and end-of-shift cleanup
Why you'll be successful…
- 1 year of experience in manufacturing; food manufacturing preferred
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs during the shift
- Willingness to work in a cold or refrigerated production environment
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
