You’ll work at our Canal Street location in Milwaukee’s Menomonee River Valley—home to our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, on-site bakery, and 24-hour shipping & receiving operations.
What You’ll Do…
- Process daily transfer orders across inbound, outbound, and DSD workflows.
- Monitor inventory balances across all locations, with a focus on DSD sites.
- Reconcile inventory balances weekly with external logistics partners (3PLs).
- Partner with Finance to investigate and resolve inventory-related issues.
- Create and maintain accurate inventory adjustments within Oracle/WMS systems.
- Support the Logistics team in maintaining data integrity, documentation, and communication with outside partners.
- High school diploma required; associate degree or relevant certification preferred.
- Experience working with computers, business systems, or data entry functions.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Ability to problem-solve, stay organized, and communicate effectively with cross-functional partners.
- You’re detail-oriented and highly accurate.
- You’re dependable and committed to supporting a smooth logistics workflow.
- You communicate effectively across teams and with external partners.
- You’re organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
