NOW HIRING – Snow Shoveling Crew
PalermoEx.Inc is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Snow Shoveling Team for the upcoming winter season. If you enjoy working outdoors and don’t mind cold weather, we’d like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Shovel snow from sidewalks, walkways, entrances, stairs, and other designated areas.
Apply ice melt and salt to help prevent slippery conditions.
Ensure all assigned areas are cleared promptly and thoroughly during and after snow events.
Work safely in all winter weather conditions while following company safety procedures.
Communicate with supervisors and team members to complete routes efficiently.
Requirements
Reliable transportation.
Valid driver’s license preferred.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Physically able to perform strenuous outdoor work, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and working in snow and freezing temperatures.
Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and whenever snow events occur.
