We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to lead agile delivery across multiple software development teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Agile environments, with a strong background in remote team facilitation, and proficiency in Jira and Confluence. This role is critical to ensure our teams deliver high-quality, cloud-based healthcare software solutions efficiently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities
Primary:
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Coach teams on Agile principles and practices to improve delivery and collaboration.
- Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Track and report team progress using Jira dashboards and metrics.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure backlog refinement and prioritization.
- Promote transparency and alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Support remote team engagement and productivity.
- Ensure documentation and knowledge sharing via Confluence.
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks early in the development cycle.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology and/or 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development.
- Experience working with remote teams across time zones.
- Proven experience with Jira and Confluence in Agile environments.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) preferred.
Skills and Abilities
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and frameworks
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities
- Familiarity with healthcare or billing systems is a plus
- Comfortable with data-driven decision-making and reporting
