MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT QUALIFICATIONS :
- High School Diploma or GED Preferred
- Maintenance experience in long term care is Preferred
- HVAC, painting, plumbing, & dry wall experience preferred
- Experience / ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the public
