Must be able to work the following hours: Monday through Thursday 9AM to 6PM and Friday 9AM to 12:30 PM. Paid days off for most major holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a friendly, professional manner and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage appointment scheduling, patient records, and general front desk operations.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address patient inquiries.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the doctor.
• Prepare treatment rooms, including cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking supplies.
• Perform daily office cleaning and maintain a clean, organized environment.
• Coordinate patient flow to ensure efficient operations and a positive patient experience.
• Assist with office projects, inventory, and other assigned tasks.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the practice.

Experience

• No previous experience required; paid on-the-job training provided.
• Customer service, administrative, or healthcare experience is a plus but not required.

Travel Requirements

• Occasional travel may be required for work-related conferences, training, and professional development events.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.5 – 40.0 per week
