Legal Operations is the backbone of the Legal team and is key to fulfilling Palantir's mission. As a Legal Operations Specialist, you will be the initial point of contact for operational questions and requests, providing guidance where appropriate and coordinating with the right Legal stakeholders. You will be responsible for executing on workflows as well as streamlining strategic processes and operational functions of the Legal team. You will also work closely with other Legal Operations teammates to help implement key systems, optimize processes, manage projects, and create objectives and performance metrics. You will partner your colleagues across Legal to understand the needs and develop and execute solutions that scale alongside the business. This position requires a combination of execution skills, project management, and process optimization.

Our ideal candidate will take initiative, operate with discretion and resourcefulness, and thrive off of executing on and supporting the processes, systems and platforms of the Legal team. Most importantly, they have a true desire to be helpful and go above and beyond to solve challenges.

The salary range for this position is estimated to be $90,000 - $110,000/year. Total compensation for this position may also include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus and other potential future incentives. Further note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual's relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors. This estimate excludes the value of any potential sign-on bonus; the value of any benefits offered; and the potential future value of any long-term incentives.
