As an Armed Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of multiple sites, ensuring a positive atmosphere for residents and visitors.

Key Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate required
• Must pass drug test and maintain a drug-free status
• Successful background check completion
• Authorization to work in the U.S. with valid proof
• Pass Physical Agility Test (PAT) and complete all required training
• Meet all relevant legal and contractual security requirements, including firearm possession eligibility
• Valid Indiana Driver’s License
• Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written
• Ability to remain alert, exercise good judgment, and handle emergency situations calmly

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain order and protect people and property from harm or theft
• Conduct roving patrols and monitor premises vigilantly
• Report incidents, hazards, and found articles accurately in writing
• Respond promptly and effectively to alarms and emergencies
• Control access to facilities and verify identities of visitors and personnel
• Use communication devices and client property responsibly
• Employ personal defense tactics and de-escalation techniques when needed
