We are seeking a motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join our Protective & Security team. Key Responsibilities
- Guide candidates through the application, recruitment, and onboarding process with enthusiasm
- Post new job openings, review resumes, and coordinate interviews promptly
- Maintain the Staffing Needs spreadsheet and facilitate candidate phone interviews
- Serve as a recruiting expert within the assigned geographical region using creative sourcing methods
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth communication and process updates
- Prepare Conditional Offer letters and facilitate employee orientations and onboarding sessions
- Provide administrative support including uniform process management and handling termination forms
Required Skills & Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage candidates and staff
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to foster a loving and supportive environment
- Outstanding organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Effective time management to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Education & Experience
- High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Management preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources or related recruiting roles
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
- Ability to adapt positively to change in a rapidly growing environment
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
