Build and maintain high-level client relationships and negotiate contracts that align with company objectives.Operational Excellence: Analyze operational, financial, and service performance indicators to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery and profitability.Team Development: Mentor and inspire a high-performing team of managers and staff.
