Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor talented teams in Tax, Collections/Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Provide strategic direction and operational oversight aligned with company financial goals and growth.
- Manage multi-state tax compliance and maintain strong relationships with external tax advisors.
- Drive improvements in cash collection, billing accuracy, and vendor payment processes.
- Implement scalable financial operations and process enhancements to support rapid growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 10 years of progressive experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, tax compliance, and internal controls.
- Proven leadership in managing finance teams across multiple functions.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA, CMA, or MBA credentials.
- Experience in service industries or high-growth, PE-backed companies.
- Background in M&A integration and financial systems onboarding.
