Paladino’s Cicero is hiring immediately for a Pizza Maker / Pizza Prep / Oven Operator to join our busy, fast-paced kitchen.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience as a pizza cook, line cook, prep cook, or kitchen team member.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, cheeses, and toppings
- Make pizzas to order according to recipes and standards
- Operate pizza ovens
- Monitor cook times and product quality
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications
- Prior pizza or kitchen experience preferred (training available)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
