POSITION OVERVIEW: To provide oversight, ensure execution and maximize the efficiency and profitability of the installation teams.

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES, Duties may include buy are not limited to:
- Actively manages projects, including planning, scheduling, end-to-end ownership of the delivery of assigned projects, and job closure
- Responsible to ensure all aspects of the installation team are completed in an effective and consistent fashion, in alignment with all offices – scheduling, safety training and documentation, tools inventory, training plans, all operational team meetings (PM, Field, etc)
- Monitors job status, controls job costs and ensures overall quality of installations for assigned projects. Review all projects and provide guidance to Installation and Project Management teams to provide consistent opportunity for improvement
- Assist with resolving project, installation and operational issues with the field team and work closely with Project Managers to ensure completion of the projects
- D365 SME for field/installation
- Review, provide and understand reporting metrics including backlog, forecast, efficiency and others as needed to effectively run the business
- Represent Company in a business-like professional manner in both conduct and appearance, to maximize client satisfaction
- Demonstrate and enforce all policies and procedures
- Work in compliance with the Company’s polices and procedures including safety manual with safety of self and others in mind at all times
- Maintain and protect assigned Company assets
- Accurate written record keeping, submitted on time and complete, including all Q360 processes, expense reports and other required documentation
- Available to work outside of, or in addition to, normal businesses hours
- Maintain professional licensing as required by State and Local jurisdictions
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of technical field leadership experience
- 2 years' experience in the security systems integration industry
- Ability to participate in and pass preemployment and customer-required background checks and drug screens
- Bachelor degree (4 year) in a technical capacity
- Functional understanding of project profitability metrics
- PMP or PMI certified
- Prior management experience
- Ability to work in a high volume atmosphere
- Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under minimal supervision
- Ability to organize workload for effective implementation, including the ability to multi-task while under deadlines or time constraints
- Excellent interpersonal skills including customer service skills
- Ability to write simple correspondence and present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
- Ability to function as an effective team member
- Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves
- Has a strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals, security system functions and operations. Good subcontracting skills required.
- An understanding of job financial reports and the ability control costs in the handling of projects
- Must be able to effectively communicate, (ie see, hear, speak and write clearly) in order to communicate with colleagues and/or customers;
- Manual dexterity required for occasional reaching, lifting of light office objects, and operating office equipment
- Manual dexterity required for frequent reaching, climbing, and lifting of moderate objects, and operation of power and manual tools/equipment
- Site work job conditions are similar to typical construction projects. Work at required heights utilizing ladders, scaffolding, lifts, or other. Work in confined spaces as necessary
- Additional environments include office spaces, medical, industrial, warehouse, parking ramps, and other
- Outdoor work including occasional adverse weather conditions or cold/heat temperatures may be required

Benefits are effective on their first day of employment
401(k) employer match of $0.50 for every $1.00 contributed by the associate up to 6% of earnings.
