SharePoint Administrator
Location: Fort Worth, TX – Fully Onsite
Duration: Contract, extendable up to 18 months; possible conversion
Role Summary:
Seeking a Digital Workplace Engineer / SharePoint Administrator to provide SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 administration, Tier 2/3 support, governance, and modernization. The role will lead the Legal Department SharePoint restructuring initiative, improving information architecture, document management, security, metadata, searchability, retention, and content governance while preparing the environment for Microsoft Copilot/AI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer SharePoint Online, sites, libraries, lists, permissions, and security.
- Provide Tier 2/3 SharePoint troubleshooting and support.
- Modernize Legal's SharePoint environment, including information architecture, navigation, metadata, taxonomy, and document structures.
- Support migration of legacy file shares/repositories to SharePoint Online.
- Implement governance, retention, records management, legal holds, and least-privilege access.
- Support Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
- Develop governance standards, runbooks, documentation, training, and user guides.
- Support Power Automate and other Digital Workplace automation initiatives.
- Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Records Management, Information Security, VIP users, and senior stakeholders.
