What are the responsibilities and job description for the FOH Manager position at Paladar Latin Kitchen & Rum Bar?
If you love Latin food and cultures, consider joining our team! This is a full time FOH Manager position with benefits that requires nights and weekends. This position requires a wide range of beverage, service and business acumen. We are looking for leaders that can run shifts, collaborate, and also teach and develop their team.

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years previous management experience in a fast-paced restaurant with high service standards
- Adhere to food safety and responsible alcohol standards
- Be hospitality oriented
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to speak, read and write English. Spanish is a plus
