Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively and efficiently deal poker tournaments and Live Action Hold-em and Omaha Hi/Lo
- Deal according to TDA.
- Perform all duties in accordance with Palace Poker policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent guest service at all times.
- Promotes Palace Poker and demonstrates solid working knowledge of other games, promotions and services offered.
- Controls the pace of the game and ensures the highest level of game protection at all times.
- Informs Supervisor of attempts to cheat, floor irregularities or unusual play.
- Clean and tidy poker room before going on every break (pick up glasses, cups, chip racks, trash on floor, etc.)
- Perform various miscellaneous administrative tasks.
- Deal up to 3 hours before a break
- Knowledge of poker rules and hand rankings.
- Strong math skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
- Ability to maintain a positive atmosphere.
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle chips with dexterity.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
