Our stunning new club will set a new standard for private poker experiences, offering high-end cash games, elite tournaments, and unmatched hospitality.
We are seeking an experienced, service-driven Food and Beverage Manager to lead our hospitality team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for excellence, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of luxury service in food and beverage operations. You will oversee all aspects of our dining and bar experience, from day-to-day operations to private events and VIP service. This position will begin employment in early summer, possibly May-June.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations of the bar and floor service teams
- Ensure delivery of exceptional food and beverage service that reflects the club’s luxury standards
- Hire, train, and supervise staff including servers, bartenders, and bar backs team members
- Maintain strong inventory control, ordering, and vendor relations
- Oversee scheduling, labor costs, and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage VIP and private event service standards with a white-glove approach
- Uphold a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and high-end hospitality
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role in fine dining or upscale hospitality
- Private club experience is a plus
- Minimum age for this position is 21
- Proven experience managing both front-of-house teams
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and luxury service etiquette
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Texas Food Manager Certification and TABC Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Proven leadership and team management skills in a luxury hospitality setting
- Ability to excel under pressure while maintaining precision, quality, and efficiency
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on club operations
