Position Overview:
People & Organization Specialists are seasonal team members responsible for helping with all interdepartmental scheduling for our teams, as well as sending team member communication through Quinyx, our scheduling tool. Specialists will also have the opportunity to participate in recruitment efforts for the 2024 season, including pre-screening phone calls and team member communication.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Review and phone screen applicants using a pre-set interview guide, providing feedback to hiring managers for review
- Create team member ID badges and name tags
- Respond to team member inquiries via phone and email
- Assist with scheduling departments using our scheduling platform, Quinyx
- Copying, filing and various other duties as assigned
- Professionally represent Lake Compounce to all applicants and team members
Qualifications:
- Must possess the ability to address multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must have highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Must be capable of performing work independently and handling sensitive materials
- Must exude professionalism at all times with guests, team members, management and human resources contacts
- Must possess excellent organizational skills and be able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be fluent in English
- Must have flexible schedule availability, including nights, holidays, and weekends
Working Conditions:
- Ability to frequently lift, carry, or otherwise move items and boxes weighing up to 25 pounds
- Exposure to the variable outside and inside temperatures, including high heat and cold temperatures
- Occasional bending, squatting and reaching above shoulders
