Summary:
The Maintenance team member maintains golf courses, buildings, and grounds throughout the park.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Perform regular mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repairs and preventative maintenance
Inspect, maintain and repair golf courses
Ensure proper use of machines, tools, and equipment
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Assist in ordering materials for projects and assigned tasks
Ability to work with minimal direction and supervision
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Comply with all park policies, procedures, and labor laws
Other:
Must be 18 years or older
Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to work in all weather conditions and elements including the direct sun with no shade, cold, rain, dust, and all other outdoor weather elements
Must be able to stand, kneel, walk, stoop, and bend
Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 75lbs
Must be able to work at heights in excess of 100 feet
Must provide own tools and some equipment related to mechanical trades
Must possess a valid driver’s license
Must possess the physical capabilities necessary to perform the job duties
