Restaurant Supervisor
JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for the supervision and shift responsibility for multiple Food and Beverage outlets.
QUALIFICATIONS: (Include equipment knowledge/use)
- Three years experience in a high volume Food and Beverage facility.
- Must be knowledgeable and proficient in all reporting positions.
- Ability to work in multiple outlets as demanded by business needs
- Must read, write, speak and understand English.
LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to obtain and maintain Pala Gaming License
- ABC
- Safe Serve Certificate
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Manage dining room floor.
- Line check – taste all food products checking for quality and that the products meet Pala Casino established standards.
- Office work – complete paperwork, daily reports, menu analysis, cost analysis and ordering products from computer.
- Manage staff – including scheduling, employee counseling, PTO, etc.
- Training all employees.
- work in multiple outlets as demanded by business needs
- Perform other duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS: (*Constantly, Frequently, Occasionally)
- Constantly standing, seeing, hearing, talking and walking.
- Frequently smelling, tasting, bending, stooping, wrist motion.
- Occasionally lifting and/or carrying up to a maximum of 50 lbs. for distances up to 400 ft.
- Occasionally pushing and/or pulling up to a maximum of 120 lbs. for distances up to 400 ft.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Work is performed inside a climate-controlled environment with occasional hot and cold temperature changes.
- Work in close spaces with others.
- Stand, walk on tile, mats.
- Moderate noise levels.
- Subject to food odors.
