We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven District Sales Manager for North Carolina and South Carolina to join our team. This role is responsible for driving sales growth and achieving territory goals for our pool and backyard lighting products. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, understanding of the pool and landscape industry, a passion for lighting solutions, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
•Collaborate with and direct the sales efforts and independent sales agencies within the territory to ensure alignment with company goals and maximize sales performance.
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing relationships with pool builders, landscape designers, and other industry professionals.
•Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term relationships.
•Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
•Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients on the features and benefits of PAL Lighting products.
•Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
•Collaborate with marketing teams to develop programs, materials, and tools to support the sales process in your territory
•Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to network and promote PAL Lighting products.
Qualifications:
• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the lighting, pool, or backyard industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
