Fulfillment Operations Manager

Join our growing 3PL & Fulfillment Company, PakLink Solutions and help us exceed customer expectations with accurate and efficient order fulfillment.

What You Will Do:

• Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
• Willing to learn and master our Warehouse Management System Software
• Willing to learn and master our Order Management System Software
• Fulfill and ship orders for our in-house apparel brand
• Organize and process shipping invoices
• Operate labeling machines and ensure proper package sealing
• Perform quality checks to verify order accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse
• Assist in inventory management and cycle counts
• Work efficiently to meet daily demand and deadlines.
• Follow company policies, communicate issues, and uphold operational standards
• Work well on your own. This position is a one person operation that operates separately from other local sister companies.

Whats Required:

• Forklift Certification
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfort with standing, bending, and moving for extended periods

Pay & Schedule:

• Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on level of experience in all aspects of our business.
• Schedule: 36-40 Hrs Per Week (Monday–Friday)
