Pakio, a professional sales and development firm, is expanding its Campbell sales team with a Sales Management Intern focused on accessible wireless solutions. You'll support sales operations while also engaging with clients personally to explain affordable wireless service options. The Sales Management Intern also manages enrollment documentation, coordinates team logistics, and tracks campaign performance.
As a Sales Management Intern, you’ll receive sales training in account coordination and sales psychology. You will work within Campbell to help clients access low-cost wireless solutions, ensuring our sales goals are met with integrity and a focus on service. This summer internship provides a practical foundation in business, allowing the Sales Management Intern to manage the sales cycle from initial outreach to successful client enrollment.
Responsibilities of the Sales Management Intern
- Observe experienced team leads during sales outreach to learn how they initiate conversations about accessible mobile plans and guide team pacing.
- Support daily sales preparation by organizing materials, reviewing route plans, and observing how leaders coordinate team flow.
- Participate in in-person enrollment support, helping clients complete documentation while learning how leaders maintain calm, respectful interactions.
- Document outreach results and client feedback to understand how leaders evaluate neighborhood performance and refine strategy.
- Assist with early sales reporting by logging contacts, qualified leads, and enrollments, building foundational skills in performance tracking.
- Conduct sales research to help leadership identify pricing gaps and refine the team’s affordability‑focused pitch.
Qualifications of the Sales Management Intern
- College coursework or a strong interest in Business, Communications, Entrepreneurship or a related field is ideal.
