Position Overview
We are seeking a General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, drive sales activity, and ensure a high level of service across all projects. This role requires someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable managing both customer relationships and internal workflow.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
- Communicate with clients via phone and email to understand project needs
- Gather necessary details (dimensions, value, locations, timelines, etc.)
- Prepare and send proposals and estimates
- Follow up on open quotes and maintain client relationships
Operations Management
- Schedule pickups and deliveries and maintain the company calendar
- Coordinate logistics between customers, team members, and partners
- Monitor work in process and prioritize jobs based on timelines and requirements
- Ensure projects move efficiently from intake through completion
Administrative
- Maintain accurate paperwork and job packets for all active projects
- Keep internal systems organized and up to date
- Support invoicing, documentation, and general office operations
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience in shipping, logistics, freight, or related industries

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
