The Role: What You'll Do
As a Service Advisor, you are the face of our business and the quarterback of our service pipeline. You bridge the gap between our clients and our master technicians, turning a stressful day (a broken car) into a world-class hospitality experience.
- Be the Hero of the Drive: Greet guests warmly, listen intently to their concerns, and set the stage for an effortless service visit.
- Translate & Document: Accurately capture vehicle symptoms on repair orders, occasionally hitting the road for a quick test drive with a client to experience the issue firsthand.
- Advise, Don't Sell: Use your expertise and vehicle histories to educate clients on manufacturer-recommended maintenance, helping them protect their investment long-term.
- Own the Communication: Provide transparent, accurate estimates for parts and labor. No surprises—you’ll keep clients fully informed with daily status updates and secure proper approvals before a single wrench turns.
- Drive Efficiency: Manage the lifecycle of the repair order from the first handshake to the final invoice, collaborating closely with technicians to hit your "promised times."
