Sales Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to drive sales growth
- Train and onboard new sales team members
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
- Any other duties assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop sales strategies and implement them effectively
- Experience in the software industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
Pay:
This position is Salary Commission.
