Maintenance Technician
Position Summary
Paisley Park is seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team. This position is responsible for maintaining the building, grounds, equipment, and overall facility operations to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests, staff, and visitors.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and experienced in general building maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance programs.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building systems
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks and maintain maintenance records
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and facility issues
- Conduct inspections of equipment, building systems, and grounds
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors when necessary
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance technician, facilities maintenance, or building maintenance experience required
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair practices
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including climbing ladders, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work weekends and maintain a Tuesday–Saturday schedule
