Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and reconciliations
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Track and reconcile event and operational expenses
- Maintain financial records and internal controls
- Assist with payroll coordination and contractor payments
- Support audit preparation and work with external accounting partners
- Monitor revenue and expenses and provide financial insights to leadership
- Assist with vendor agreements and financial documentation as needed
- Support tax-related documentation and coordination with external tax advisors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
- CPA certification preferred
- 5 years of finance or accounting experience
- Knowledge of tax compliance, reporting, and coordination with external tax partners
- Experience with budgeting and financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Compensation
- Salary – $75 - $85K
