What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook position at Paisans Pizzeria?

What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and cook menu items consistently and to recipe standards
- Work as part of a team to keep the kitchen running smoothly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with prep, stocking, and closing duties as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred (but we’re willing to train the right person!)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
