Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our team. As a member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is exceptional.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently
- Ensure guest satisfaction by attending to their needs promptly
-Answer the phone and take guests orders
-Take walk in guests orders
-Bag togo orders-get bags and salads ready for togo orders
-Keep togo items stocked and ready at all times
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Experience:
- Prior experience in guest services, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Knowledge of Clover POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Familiarity with food service operations is advantageous
- Phone etiquette skills for handling reservations and inquiries
