Overview

• At Pair With ABA, we are seeking a dedicated Behavior Therapist/RBT to join our team and provide high-quality therapy services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. This part-time position offers a competitive salary range of $30 to $38 per hour. Morning, Afternoon and Evening hours available in clinic and home.

• **Responsibilities: **
• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by BCBAs
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients
• Record and monitor client progress through data collection
• Collaborate with the treatment team to set and achieve individualized treatment goals
• Build positive and supportive relationships with clients and their families
• **Requirements: **
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred, not required
• Flexibility with working hours, Saturday availability is a plus
