We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lead Technician to join our team. Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians in the field, providing training on best practices and safety protocols.
- Conduct installation, maintenance, and repair of low voltage systems.
- Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to perform tasks efficiently and safely.
- Troubleshoot software and computer hardware issues to ensure optimal performance of systems.
- Read and interpret schematics to assist in diagnosing problems and implementing solutions.
- Manage cabling installations, ensuring proper routing and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven experience in electrical systems (E & I) with a focus on low voltage applications.
- Strong background in field service operations with hands-on experience using hand tools.
- Proficiency in software troubleshooting and computer hardware maintenance.
- Familiarity with reading schematics and technical documentation is essential.
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus, along with experience in cabling installations.
