Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Where you'll be working:

Location(s): Apex, NC

Setting: Community-Based / In-Person

Population Served: School-aged children (4-21 years old; with the average being 4-14)

Years in Operation: 6 years

What You'll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):

• Conduct FBAs and design individualized positive behavior support plans tailored to each client's unique needs
• Coach, mentor, and train RBTs and direct support staff on proactive strategies and de-escalation techniques
• Monitor client progress through data analysis and fluidly adjust programming to support milestone achievement
• Collaborate closely with families and an internal clinical team to build a coordinated ecosystem of support
• Participate in clinical team brainstorming and case consultation with a collaborative, experienced BCBA team

Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):

Caseload size: varies based on desired caseload size for BCBA

Billable hour expectations: less than 20 hours per week

Support Structure:

• Expert mentorship from an experienced clinical team dedicated to collaboration and backing you up
• Regular clinical brainstorming and case consultation with a powerhouse internal team
• Structured onboarding support for new graduates and experienced BCBAs alike

Compensation & Perks (real ones):

Base salary: $105–$125/hour (based on experience)

Bonus structure: $1,000 sign-on bonus after six months of client service

PTO: NA (Part-time / Contract role)

CEU support: CEU membership offered CEU every quarter

Supervision/mentorship provided: Mentorship and clinical consultation provided by an experienced internal team
