This is a full-time, on-site role based in Columbus, OH for a skilled Painter. The Painter will be responsible for interior and exterior painting projects, preparation of surfaces, applying various types of coatings, performing spray painting, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The role requires close collaboration with the team to ensure high-quality results and meeting project deadlines, while delivering an excellent client experience.

• Proficiency in Paint, Painting, and Painting and Decorating
• Experience in Coatings and Spray Painting
• Knowledge of proper preparation techniques, materials, and safety protocols
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work on a deadline
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a team
• Physical capability to perform tasks such as climbing ladders and standing for extended periods
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in painting techniques are a plus
