We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Residential/Commercial Painter to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, sanding, caulking, plastering, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality
- Apply paint using various methods including brush painting, roller painting, spray painting (including airless paint spraying and conventional spray techniques), and construction spray painting
- Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment safely to reach high or difficult areas
- Perform structural painting tasks such as stucco, small drywall projects, masonry, trim carpentry, fixture installation, and restoration work
- Conduct surface testing with visual color comparison tools to match color schemes precisely according to client specifications or design plans
- Follow safety regulations diligently by utilizing respiratory protection equipment and adhering to all safety protocols on construction sites
Skills
- Experience in residential painting with a strong understanding of project planning
- Proficiency in color theory to achieve desired aesthetic effects and accurate color matching
- Skilled in various painting techniques including brush painting, roller painting, airless spray painting, and conventional spray methods
- Knowledge of construction site safety regulations and proper use of safety gear such as respiratory protection
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding use, and ladder safety practices
- Familiar with renovation projects involving plastering, small drywall projects, small masonry work, fixture installation, and restoration efforts
- Familiar with carpentry work including trim carpentry and fixture installation for finishing touches is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently on construction sites while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
- 1-2 Years Residential & Commercial Painting Experience
