Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Land Surveyor / Survey Technician to join our dynamic surveying team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land surveying, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, construction staking, and the use of modern surveying equipment and software.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct land, boundary, and topographic surveys
- Construction lay-out
- Operate GPS, total stations, and other surveying equipment
- Prepare accurate survey reports, maps, and legal descriptions
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams
- Ensure all surveys comply with applicable regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of land surveying experience.
- Proficiency with surveying instrustments and CAD/survey software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Valid driver's license
- Survey license/ certification is preferred.
