Duties
- Lead and oversee all phases of residential and commercial painting projects, from initial planning through completion
- Develop detailed project schedules using necessary tools and construction management software to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to align project goals and expectations
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to accurately execute project specifications
- Monitor construction site activities to ensure safety compliance, quality standards, and adherence to project timelines
- May need to utilize software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other construction management tools for documentation, communication, and progress tracking
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, resolve issues promptly, and maintain project quality standards
- Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, budgets, schedules, and potential risks for stakeholders
- Ensure all work complies with contract requirements, safety regulations, and industry best practices
Skills
- Proven experience in management/supervision of crews with a focus on residential or commercial painting projects
- Strong proficiency with project scheduling
- Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and construction site safety protocol
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management skills
- Excellent communication skills for effective project coordination among diverse teams
