Position Overview:
The Project Manager will serve as the central point of communication for project timelines, manpower scheduling, and material needs. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to communicate effectively with crews, clients, and vendors in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

Build, manage, and adjust daily and weekly project schedules for multiple crews

Coordinate personnel assignments to ensure efficient use of labor

Clearly communicate schedule updates and changes to crews, clients, and management

Order all necessary materials, tools, and supplies for each job

Coordinate and schedule material deliveries to job sites
-
Track inventory, verify deliveries, and ensure crews have what they need to stay on schedule

Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to meet project goals

Monitor project progress, proactively resolve scheduling or supply-chain issues

Conduct on-site visits as needed to ensure quality, safety, and timeline alignment

Maintain organized project documentation, updates, and reports
Qualifications:

Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)

2 years of project management, scheduling, or coordination experience; experience in the paint, coatings, or construction industry strongly preferred

Strong scheduling and organizational abilities—able to manage multiple crews and shifting timelines

Excellent communication and leadership skills in both languages

Familiarity with ordering, receiving, and tracking construction/paint materials
-
Proficiency with project management or scheduling software
-
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed
