Hi there,
I’m a PMHNP-BC running my own private adult psychiatry practice as the sole provider, and I’m exploring the possibility of adding another PMHNP-BC to the team. I’m not in a rush—this is about finding the right colleague to grow with the practice over time. While the focus is on adult psychiatry, I would also be interested in connecting with an experienced provider who sees children.
This is a small, patient-centered practice where we take the time to really know patients. You won’t just be moving through a high-volume schedule—you’ll get to engage meaningfully with the people you care for. The role is part-time to start, with hours increasing as your patient caseload grows. It’s hybrid: some patients in-person, some via telehealth from home. You’ll also have the chance to learn about TMS.

What You’ll Do
Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits
Provide thoughtful medication management
Participate in TMS treatments and learn this modality
See patients both in-person and via telehealth (hybrid schedule)
Collaborate closely with me on patient care
Build long-term relationships and see the difference your care makes

Requirements
PMHNP-BC
Licensed or license-eligible in Montana
DEA license
