Job Summary
As a Landscape Laborer, your energetic approach will help keep our grounds pristine, from lawn care to landscape maintenance, while supporting various construction and landscaping projects.
Responsibilities
- Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to keep the grounds vibrant and healthy
- Maintain landscape features such as hardscapes, planting beds, trees, and shrubs through pruning, tree trimming, and gardening activities
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment like excavators for landscaping projects or site preparation
- Conduct general landscape maintenance including debris removal, soil preparation, and planting
- Collaborate with team members on construction projects.
Experience
- Prior experience with landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, or excavators is advantageous
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong work ethic with the motivation to learn new skills in landscape maintenance and outdoor construction
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions
