Responsibilities:
- Perform both in-person and virtual consults as needed
- Convert consultations into sales
- Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new leads
- Join networking groups as requested to build a professional networking base
- Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs
- Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication
- Maintains records of customer interactions in regard to both follow-ups and job lead-ups
- Provide monthly breakdowns of sales sources, averages, rates, etc.
- Ensure the brand has a local presence through tactics such as lawn signs, door hangers, home shows, and other community events
- Maintain documentation of current activities in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required, college experience is highly valued
- Possess superb customer service skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and communication skills
- Involvement in sales organizations, programs, internships, or similar experiences is highly valued
Salary : $60,000 - $120,000
