Paint Wizards is seeking an experienced Lead Painter to join our team. This role is responsible for handling advanced painting tasks and supporting the crew to ensure high-quality finishes on all projects.
Responsibilities:
* Perform detailed and advanced painting work (fine trim, spraying, and specialty finishes)
* Lead by example on job sites and support team members as needed
* Ensure high-quality standards are met on all work
* Assist with project organization and workflow
* Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
* Follow safety guidelines and keep work areas clean
Requirements:
* Proven experience in residential and/or commercial painting
* Strong skills in spraying, trim work, and finishing
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable and responsible
* Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay:
$20.00 – $28.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule:
Full-time, typically 40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime depending on workload
Location:
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Cumberland, Maryland, Altoona, PA.
Pay: $16.25 - $30.00 per hour
