What are the responsibilities and job description for the Painting Sub-Contractor position at Paint Smart?
What we're looking for...
1. Licensed & Insured painting contractor (Connecticut).
2. Competence: The ability to perform all of the tasks related to delivering a professional paint job.
3. Professionalism: Commitment to being personable, respectful and thorough in communication with customers and in their homes. We are a family friendly company, so no bad behavior/language. Absolutely zero tolerance for drinking/drug use on any project.
4. Independence: The ability to manage a painting project from start to finish, with a high expectation of clear and prompt communication.
5. Most of our projects are paid on a project by project basis, but some projects call for hourly work:
Project by project: I will send you detailed information/pictures about a particular project and what you would get paid for that project.
Hourly: $25-$55 per hour depending on skill level and efficiency.
Most of our work is residential and in the New London County area.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
